Start with outcomes

Using AI is not the same as transforming with it.

More tools, prompts and pilots do not automatically lead to better work. We begin with the outcome your business needs, then decide whether AI is the right way to achieve it.

  • More qualified pipeline
  • Less repetitive administration
  • Faster, clearer proposals
  • More consistent project documentation
  • Earlier visibility of scope changes
  • Better use of customer feedback

Why a plan matters

AI is everywhere. Meaningful change is rarer.

HubSpot surveyed more than 6,000 professionals worldwide for its 2026 State of AI research. The gap between using AI and changing how a business works is why we begin with outcomes, context and adoption.

  • 90%

    say their company uses AI

  • 4×

more likely to reach revenue goals among those transformative adopters

Our story

We made Findmore the customer first.

Before bringing this approach to customers, we examined how work happens across Sales, Operations, Projects and Finance. Where is work repeated? Where does context get lost? Where could AI offer a second pair of eyes or give people time back?

We are using and developing AI across our own customer lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery to documentation, estimation, quoting and customer management. We are also learning where AI should not be used. That experience shapes the service we bring to customers.

  • Sales

    Research · Prospecting · Discovery · Coaching · Proposals

  • Operations

Knowledge · Administration · Analysis · Process automation

  • Projects

Requirements · Documentation · Scope monitoring · Meeting intelligence

  • Finance

Estimations · Quoting · Billing processes · Data validation

Where could AI do the heavy lifting in your business?

These are illustrative possibilities, not fixed packages or claims about completed customer projects. The right use cases depend on your processes, data and people.

Our approach

Discover→ Prioritise→ Build→ Adopt→ Improve

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with your people and processes across the relevant parts of your business, looking for repeated work, information gaps and bottlenecks.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

We weigh business impact, time saved, complexity, available data, risk, human oversight and ease of adoption to shape an AI Adoption Roadmap.

  3. 03

    Build

The right response might be HubSpot AI, ChatGPT from OpenAI, Claude, a custom agent or application, an integration, a workflow or a better process.

  4. 04

    Adopt

We work with your teams on practical use, prompting, context and repeatable ways of working so the solution becomes useful day to day.

  5. 05

    Improve

We review use, refine agents and workflows, and identify the next opportunities as your capability develops.

Your AI Opportunity Map

Not every AI use case deserves investment.

Discovery looks at how your teams really work across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Projects and Finance. We map friction, then assess each opportunity before recommending what to build.

  • Business impact
  • Time returned
  • Available context
  • Feasibility
  • Risk
  • Human oversight
  • Ease of adoption
  • Implementation complexity

The result is an AI Opportunity Map and Adoption Roadmap: a practical view of where to start, what needs deeper work and where people must remain in control.

Context matters

The better the context, the better the AI.

A generic prompt often produces a generic answer. Connected, appropriate context can help AI support better decisions. The quality, permissions and currency of that information matter.

  • Business context

Your products, positioning, terminology, brand voice and methods.

  • Customer context

Conversations, requirements, history, buying signals and open issues.

  • Team context

How work happens, who approves what and what good looks like.

For customer-facing teams, the CRM can become part of that context layer. Meetings, decisions and project conversations become more useful when they are captured and connected with appropriate oversight.

HubSpot + AI

AI inside HubSpot. AI outside HubSpot.

Our HubSpot expertise helps us put CRM context to work, but the right solution may also involve tools such as ChatGPT from OpenAI or Claude, custom agents, integrations and other platforms. Sometimes a simpler process change is the better answer.

People make the important decisions.

AI can help with research, preparation, administration, documentation, checking and first drafts. Your people remain responsible for judgement, expertise, relationships and approval.

People + AI

Your people are part of the strategy.

Access to a tool does not create adoption. We tutor and coach teams using real work, helping them understand prompting, context, validation and when an answer needs human review.

As more people can create agents and automations, choosing what is worth building becomes even more important. We help teams develop that judgement while keeping responsibility for decisions with people.

Your AI Adoption Roadmap

Imagine knowing where to start.

Discovery is designed to give you a clear view of the opportunities, quick wins, information needs, risks, human oversight and support your people will need. From there, we can help you build and adopt the right solutions.

What could AI take off your team’s plate?

You do not need an AI strategy or a chosen platform before we talk. Bring us your business. We will help you find the opportunities.
